My name is Penny, and I was born and raised here in Manitowoc.

I have been a member at Redeemer all of my life. I was confirmed and married here. Over the years, I have directed and taught Vacation Bible School, taught Sunday School and was on the Altar Guild. The thing that I am most proud of is that I am a Preschool teacher and have been for over 20 years here at Redeemer. It has been a blessing to share God’s love with our children and it has been a joy to watch them grow over the years.

I live in Newton with my husband Bill. We have two daughters, Jennifer and Kristin. Jennifer attends Concordia University—Wisconsin and Kristin attends Valders High School. Kristin keeps us busy with a lot of swim meets! Bill and I have been actively involved with the Newton Volunteer Fire Department for over 25 years. Bill as a fireman and I as part of the Auxiliary.

FUN FACT:
I was part of a crash landing on a hot air balloon!
